Price: 150 CHF, payable in advance via Twint or bank transfer. Your place is confirmed once payment is received. A guided Finnish sauna ceremony held in a small group, including heat, rest, and ritual elements to support relaxation, release, and reconnection.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours in advance are not accepted and the full session fee remains due. Participation in the sauna ceremony is undertaken at your own responsibility. If you have any health concerns or questions, please contact me before booking.
