About Me
I am a former UN diplomat who had an almost accidental awakening of intuitive and deeper perceptive abilities while deepening my yoga practice. I’ve spent more than three decades exploring what it means to heal, connect, and grow — from leading humanitarian programs in conflict-affected regions and natural disasters to studying the subtle ways body, mind, and energy restore balance.
My journey across more than 50 countries and multiple worlds has revealed both the vulnerability and the strength of the human spirit, and the quiet power of transformation. Those years gave me deep insight into trauma, resilience, and our shared need for safety and connection — understanding that now shapes the spaces I hold.
Along the way, I had glimpses of a deeper awareness I hadn’t been seeking — one that challenged everything I thought I knew and set me on a path of lifelong exploration and inquiry.
Today, I weave together scientific understanding, embodied awareness, and ancestral wisdom to support others in reconnecting with their own life force, the natural intelligence that restores balance, vitality, and presence.

Training and Education
I have received in-person training in ancestral and traditional healing arts, including energy work and shamanic practices, through several years of study with teachers and wisdom keepers across the Americas and Europe. Encounters with healers in Australia and Africa further broadened my perspective, offering insight into diverse spiritual and healing traditions. At the same time, I’ve reconnected with my roots in Finland, where I was born and raised, exploring the subtle, often hidden, healing practices of the North.
My academic foundation includes a Master’s degree in Political Science from Lund University and further studies in psychology.
Since 2005, I’ve expanded into holistic and body-based approaches as a certified Breathwork Practitioner and Coach (SwissBreathwork Academy, GPBA and IBF accredited), Functional Breathing Instructor (Oxygen Advantage), and Yoga Teacher (Sivananda Yoga Vedanta, Yoga Alliance accredited).

Philosophy behind the practices
“Nouse, luontoni, lovesta.”
“Rise, my nature, from the hollow.”
This old Finnish invocation, and the concept of luonto, are at the heart of the philosophy behind my practices. In Finnish, luonto holds several meanings:
• nature — the living world, the forests, the mountains, the waters, and the land.
• character — your temperament, your way of being.
• and, in its most traditional sense, your essence — your vital life force.
Luonto also speaks to what is shared, interconnected, and alive in each of us. When we remember who we are, we begin to move through life with greater ease and deeper wisdom.
We live and create with care — not only for ourselves, but for our communities and all that surrounds us.
