Service Description
Price: 60 CHF, payable in advance via Twint or bank transfer. Your place is confirmed once payment is received. A guided group breathwork session to support nervous system regulation, release tension, and deepen awareness.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours in advance are not accepted and the full session fee remains due. By booking a breathwork session, you confirm that you have read and understood the listed contra-indications and that none apply to you at the time of participation. If you are unsure whether breathwork is appropriate for you, please seek medical advice or contact me before booking.
